We’re looking for a sharp, organized individual to join us as an Operations Manager. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn. You’ll help keep projects on track, spot issues before they become problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Interest in tech, process automation, or business workflows

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with using digital tools like Excel, Trello, Notion, or similar (or willingness to learn)
Self-driven, reliable, and willing to take ownership of outcomes
