The AQI-SENSOR measures nine air quality parameters simultaneously — PM2.5, PM10, CO2, TVOC, CO, NO2, O3, formaldehyde (CH2O), temperature, and humidity — and streams live data to a cloud dashboard over WiFi or 4G. A single device replaces a rack of single-gas instruments. Built on a precision multi-gas sensing module with an Ahoy communication board and IP-rated enclosure.

Nine Parameters, One Device

• PM2.5 / PM10 — fine and coarse particulate matter (laser particle counter, 0–1000 µg/m³)
• CO2 — carbon dioxide via NDIR infrared (0–5000 ppm) — the primary indicator of ventilation adequacy
• TVOC — total volatile organic compound index — off-gassing from furniture, paints, adhesives
• CO — carbon monoxide (0–500 ppm) — combustion leak detection
• NO2 — nitrogen dioxide (0.1–10 ppm) — traffic/combustion source indicator
• O3 — ozone (0–10 ppm) — photocopiers, industrial ozone generators, outdoor infiltration
• CH2O — formaldehyde (0–6.25 mg/m³) — from plywood, MDF furniture, and adhesives
• Temperature — ±0.5°C accuracy (0–65°C range)
• Humidity — ±3% RH accuracy (0–100% RH range)

WiFi + 4G Dual Connectivity

Connects to the cloud over WiFi for standard indoor installations. The 4G modem ensures uninterrupted monitoring when the building WiFi is unavailable or in locations without network infrastructure. Both links are active simultaneously — if WiFi drops, 4G takes over automatically.
