The AMFIRLY30A is a smart exhaust fan controller for public toilets. It receives the ammonia and air quality signal from the AMFIW toilet sensor and controls the exhaust fan via a 30A relay — switching the fan on when odour levels rise and off when the air clears. Energy-efficient, automatic, and maintenance-free.

The Problem with Fixed-Schedule Fans

Running exhaust fans on a timer or continuously wastes energy and is often ineffective — fans run when toilets are empty and are off when they are needed. The AMFIRLY30A solves this by triggering the fan based on actual air quality, not guesswork.

How the System Works

1. The AMFIW ammonia sensor continuously monitors air quality in the toilet
2. When ammonia or odour levels exceed the threshold, it signals the AMFIRLY30A
3. The AMFIRLY30A triggers the 30A relay, switching the exhaust fan on
4. When air quality returns to acceptable levels, the relay switches the fan off
